Designed for charities and other small organisations, CRIS is a simple, secure app for managing care records. It stores information in a distributed database, synchronised whenever you have access to the Internet. This allows you to use the app in any location even when you have no mobile signal or wireless. Data is encrypted on the tablet and during synchronisation and two-factor authentication is provided, making it safe to hold confidential client information.The app is designed to completely replace paper records, making information easily available at all times. Updates to client records are transferred to all the care team via the background synchronisation so everyone is kept up to date. The care record includes standard demographic information, including contact details for relatives, and schools/care agencies as well as session attendance, notes and forms. Documents may be scanned (or photographed) enabling external information to be captured and made available to the team.
